Before you read - A note from the author and trainer


Well its October and time to release my pet project to the world. The pre-apocalyptic world ;)  In ‘The Post-Apocalyptic Adventures of Morgan Wilder’ you’ll find a personal training guide to surviving the zombie apocalypse.  I’ve decided to release this guide book in blog format, releasing one chapter each week, for your reading and exercising pleasure.   

Each chapter will focus on one aspect of fitness and how it will help you survive the apocalypse. The chapters are focussed on one particular aspect of fitness (e.g. cardio, strength training, nutrition, etc...).  I’ll discuss them first from the view point of personal training and gym workouts, and secondly, in fiction format where you will be taken on the journey of Morgan Wilder (our protagonist) as she uses her fitness skills to survive the epidemic suddenly gripping her hometown.
